If you’re a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, you may be able to sponsor a spouse or certain relatives to immigrate to Canada. To apply to sponsor a spouse or relative, you must provide proof that you can support your sponsored relative financially.

Super Visa
It is a long-term, multiple-entry visa for parents and grandparents of permanent residents or Canadian citizens. The parent or grandparent must be considered admissible to Canada and meet other conditions.
Spousal Sponsorship
If you’re eligible, you can sponsor your spouse to become permanent residents of Canada.
To qualify as a spouse, you must be legally married to the sponsor. The marriage must have been considered valid when it was entered into under the law of the jurisdiction where you were married and under Canadian law, regardless of where you lived after you were married.
